Customers may request cancellation of an order within 3 days of placing the order.

After 3 days, the order can no longer be cancelled if processing or shipping has already begun.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting roxstore185@gmail.com.

Proof of the defect, including photos, may be required before a return is approved.

Products returned without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds are available only for eligible items with a purchase value of €100 or more.

Certain jerseys and selected products are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive defective.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
