Returns
We accept returns only for products that arrive with a manufacturing defect, damage, or a verified issue with the item received.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at:

Customers may be required to provide photos or other evidence showing the defect or issue.
Returns requested after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Roxstore reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain jerseys and selected products are non-refundable.
Products that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund or return.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for approved return requests involving eligible products with a purchase value of €100 or more.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request.
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
Exchanges
Where possible, Roxstore may offer a replacement product instead of a refund for defective or damaged items.
